Good Afternoon! thanks for the well wishes yesterday.  I am feeling a little higher grade of doggie doo today.  I actually felt pretty good this morning but am falling off again now.  it is a good thing because Kohl is sick today.  He has thrown up about 5 times.  He thought he was hungry and ate a few corn chips.  I told him we will see how that sets before he has anything else.

I was asked yesterday if I had thought about have my tonsils out.  It really hasn't been a consideration because they haven't bothered me since I was pregnant with Kyra.  So I guess if they continue to be a problem I might have to.

Kirby ran in to get the tire put on the rim.  Remember the how not to spend the afternoon post?  Well the tire wasn't the problem.  There was a little rock that got between the rim and tire and messed up the rim.  the guy at the tire shop said he has very rarely seen that happen.  We are supposed to get quite a bit of rain in the next few days so we will be needing the truck.

Kohl is laying the sofa watching TV.  I keep hoping he will take a nap but he keeps waking himself up.

Supper tonight is steak, oven fries, green salad, fruit, and jello with whipping cream for dessert.

Good Afternoon!  I now have proof I just didn't turn into a lazy slug.  I went into the dr. this morning.  Have have pus packs on my right tonsil and the my left tonsil is one of the biggest she has ever seen.  Of course she started in about it could be cancerous but I told her it always gets that was when I have this.  I haven't had it in almost 14 years but I remember the right tonsil getting this big.  I am on a Z pack and my tummy isn't very happy.  I haven't had to have antibiotics in almost 7 years.

Other than that not much going on.  Pooh geometry teacher put a grade in wrong and we told her about it.  Of course she said all that Pooh had to do was tell her and she would have fixed it but we know better.  Pooh has talked to her about it before and she has told her that it was right the way it was.  She said Pooh had a 50% when it was a 100%.  It made a 2 point difference in her grade.

Sent some books to a friend for her girls.  Kyra had been holding onto them like she would die without them.  they are for 2nd grade.  Kyra is reading adult level books now and doesn't need the level 2 ones.  She let me send them and now we have more room on the book shelf!

Supper tonight is BBQ hamburgers and whatever else makes it to the table.

Good Morning.  Just got back from taking Pooh to school.  She had to talk t a couple of teachers about getting permissions for classes next year.  They won't do it during class time they want to do it before.  Since pooh rides the bus it can be a challenge.  She wanted to drive in but I told her that people on house arrest, what she calls grounding, can't be driving.  I came really close to letting her but I was a good mom and drove her in.

Not much else going on.  It look like it is going to be nice today.  The kids and i might have PE outside.  It is supposed to get kind of rainy and yucky as the week goes on.

Here is Bella and what she has for company.  she is really happy when the pairs are around but after a while they go back to the Perry place.  Then the poor little thing has to make due with vhivken for company!  LOL



Here is our bum.  He was one of the first ones born and was a twin.  Mom decided she only wanted one calf and wouldn't let him nurse.  So home he came to be bottle fed.  His name if CLT.  It stand for Cute Little Turd.    Every thing has to have a name you know.



And here is Poor lucky.  He isn't allowed in the carral I was in so he was sitting there looking pitiful.  It didn't work.  All I did was take his pic.  Don't you feel sorry for him?



I always just bread the gizzards and fry them.  Then make a little bread gravy to go over some bread.  They aren't very good for a person so I aonly make them about 3 times a year.

Tonight is corned beef.  Kirby found a recipe for cooking it on the grill so we will try that.  Not sure what else we are having with it.

Good Morning!  At least it keep telling myself it is.  I woke up with my head pounding and my tonsils swollen.  Now I know why I have had so little energy lately.  I thought i was just a lazy slug but I was getting sick.  I took some Ibuprofen and I feel a little better.  I didn't get much done yesterday.  I just had no oomph.  we did take Kohl over to play on the rocks yesterday.  I have pics but haven't resized them and so on.  I will get it done though.

I will have to run Pooh into school tomorrow.  she can't take a couple classes without teacher approval and they wouldn't do it no Friday and then told them not on class time.  Well, Pooh rides the bus so won't have time to get it done without me taking her in.  she is still under house arrest, her words, for texting when she wasn't supposed to so I will have to take her in.

Still waiting on heifers to calve.  I wish they would hurry up and be done.   I know, I know they will calve when they are darn good and ready.

Working on a flannel blanket and then will have to get the burp rags cut out so I can get them done so they will be ready.  the baby isn't due until July but this way I won't have to worry.  then I have another set to get done before the first of August.

Supper tonight is Gizzards, bread and gravy, veggies, fruit, and something for dessert.

Good Morning!  Not much new around here.  the heifers are taking their time a usual calving.  Kirby said there is a couple that aren't going to calve until June.  Fun, NOT.  That means I get to baby sit.

Went through a bunch of my yarn yesterday.  It is all in cardboard boxes until I can get to Billings and get some good containers.  I hadn't planned to do it yesterday but we were having trouble with static on the TV and Kirby wanted to figure it out.  So it meant I had to move a lot of my yarn so he could get to the connectors.  Come to find out it wasn't the connectors it was the DVR that we had plugged in.  Once we unplugged it the picture on the TV was as clear as could be.  I also found two Gallon Ziploc bags of dish rags I didn't know that I had.  I have no idea what I am going to do with them.

Thanks about not wanting me to quit posting.  truly wasn't fishing.  I was just stating part of the reason I quit posting for a while.  My life seems awful boring and I hate to bore other people.

I am working on some baby blankets and burp rags.  I have more flannel to wash and get sewn together so I can crochet around it.  Don't need them right now as gifts but like to have them around in case I need them.

Nothing planned for this weekend.  I am hoping to get some cleaning done around here.  The girl's can either help or watch Kohl.  as cranky Kohl still is from the time change it would be a lot easier to help clean!  LOL

Supper tonight is Ravioli Skillet, asparagus, fruit, a loaf of bread, and the Rice Krispie treats I didn't get made yesterday.  Oh and don't tell the girls but the bread is half wheat flour and they really like it.  I made it in the bread machine.

Good Morning!  25 degrees this morning.  Supposed to warm up to the low 40's and then rain/snow mix tonight.  I just hope the road doesn't get squashy again after it finlly dried up.

Kohl's speech was canceled.  The therapist had a family emergency.  I am figuring her MIL passed away.  I know she had been in poor health.

We were able to take the Outback yesterday when we went to get Pooh.  He found a new place to sleep.  All nice and comfy in the sun.  Silly cat!

Supper tonight is To Die for Pot Roast, oven fries of mashed taters, I can decided.  Fruit, Aspargus, and Rice Krispie Treats for dessert.

Good Morning.  It looks like it will be nice today.  The wind was really blowing this morning but it seems to have died down.   It is supposed to be cooler tomorrow and then a chance of rain/snow mix.

I am still kind of bummed that the room wasn't big enough for the walk in pantry that I wanted.  The cabinets that we got work but I just wanted a walk in pantry.  I know it is silly.  LOL

Kohl has speech tomorrow, I need to run to Lowe's and Target and then on the way home I have to get the flat from yesterday fixed.  Not looking forward to that one.

Not much else going on.  Supper tonight is Ahi Tuna for Kirby and me, and hamburgers for the kids.  With that we will have fruit, the pasta that didn't get cooked last night, veggies, and something for dessert.

Added:  I don't have to get the tire fixed tomorrow.  Kirby got done feeding early so he is doing that along with other errands that could be done in Hardin!  YEAH!

Good Morning!  it is supposed to be 61 today and start raining and snowing.  Typical for the weather in MT.

I don't have much to say so I will bore you all with pics today.

Supper tonight is oven fried chicken, pasta, fruit, veggies, and brownies for dessert.  I didn't get the angel cake made because was just so clingy yesterday.

Good Morning!  The title says it all.  I didn't think I was ever going to get Kohl up this morning.  He sure was cranky for a while.  I still don't understand why they can't keep the dang time the same.  It just manges to make people miserable!

thanks about the blanket and burps cloths.  I still want to get the rectangle one made but I need to cut the pattern out.  I am working on crocheting around a flannel blanket and then will make burp cloths to match it too.  This set is for Kohl old OT.  She is having a baby the end of June the first of July.  The set I posted yesterday doesn't have a home yet.

Talking about Kohl being cranky he is having a moment now.  I am ready for International Nap Day.  Too bad the kids won't go for it.

Not much else going on.  It is supposed to be 57 today.  I am telling myself not to get used to it though.  It is supposed to start snowing again on Wednesday night.

Supper tonight is Mexican Manicotti.  It is an interesting recipe and I am anxious to find out how it is.  I mixed it all together last night and then let it set over night.  You don't cook the hamburger or and pasta.  I will let you know.  With that we will have corn bread, fruit, and veggies.  For dessert we will have angel cake.  It is what the girls call Angel food Cake.
