Good Morning!  Survived the trip to Billings.  It was getting busy by the time we left.  The food was good.  I thought Kohl was going to chew someone's arm off before we ate.  It was close to 2 before we got our food.  I enjoyed it and the company.

Going to get the kids up at 7 so we can start on cleaning the house.  I am not going to be popular.  Especially after the time change.  They will survive.  they are tough.

I woke up with a terribly stiff neck and shoulders.  I fell asleep on the sofa last night.  Kirby said that he told me it was bedtime twice after he checked Heifers the last time and I responded but I don't remember.  Oh well, like I said about the kids.  I am tough.  LOL 

Not much else going on.  Supper tonight is Breakfast.  Fruit, Bacon, monkey bread, eggs, and something else but I can't remember what is on the menu and I am too lazy to look.  LOL

Good Morning!  Just a quick post before I get ready to go to Billings.  Kirby gets home and says I will be ready in 10 minutes so the rest of us need to be ready to go when he comes home.

We are eating at a local Mexican place.  I hope the family likes it.  Kirby and I really enjoy it.  It takes a little longer to get your food and such but it is SO good.

We will just snack for supper.  We probably won't actually get our food until around 2 so we won't be hungry at supper time.

Good Morning!  There is snow on the ground again.  It was 14 this morning but supposed to be up to 48 today.  It is sure acting like spring.  I did this last year and then we got dumped on the end of March.  I hope we skip that this year!

Was asked what Baby gifts I was working on .  I am working in a knitted afghan but I think that I just have the border left in it.  I haven't measured it but I don't think I want it much longer.  I have 2 flannel pieces to crochet around and then I have a new brain storm.  I saw some really nice burp rags but just couldn't believe the price on them.  yes I know I am cheap!  LOL  So I found a pattern on line and am going to get the sewn and then see about crocheting around them.  Not really sure what kind of border to put on them so we will see.  When I get things done I will get some pics posted.

Not much else going on.  We are going in to Billings tomorrow to meet the IL's for lunch and return the cabinet we didn't need.  Once it isn't sitting in the middle of the floor I will get some pics taken.

Supper tonight is oven Buffalo wings for us and BBQ wings for the kids.  With that we will have green salad, fruit, Peppy pasta and Chocolate cake for dessert.

Good Morning!  Well, we lucked out on the whole texting thing.  We were able to get the unlimited text package and only pay for that and not all the overages.  Pooh doesn't know that we have it yet and she won't until she pays us for the overages this month and then for the free texting but it was a lot cheaper to it that way.

Took Rowdy top the bus with us this morning.  He is so funny.  He has to meow and watch the cows we see.  On the way home a bird flew by and he hit the windshield trying to get it.  Then he was convinced it was coming back so he stood on the dashboard waiting for it to.  It never did!  LOL

Tomorrow Kohl has therapy and Kirby has an appointment at 8:30.  We will get a little shopping done, have therapy, eat, and then head home.  We do need to try to find some flour.  We use the Wheat Montana and we couldn't find any when we were in on Friday.  Then Saturday we are in so we can meet the Il's for lunch.

I need to get a couple of baby gifts finished.  I can't get much motivation to though.

Supper tonight is Rice almond casserole with no Almonds!  LO

Good Morning!  Not a lot going on here.  There are parent teacher conferences tonight.  I am sure this time.  Of, course the weather is going to get a little bad before I get home.  Too bad they weren't last night!  LOL  Please think good thoughts for me with her math teacher.  I don't know if I can be much more than civil.  She is really beginning to grate on my nerves.

We made Pooh a deal.  If she can pull her Geometry grade up to a B she can get a second hole in her ear.  she seems interested so we will see if it helps.  I am not above bribery.  She got herself in a little trouble texting.  We don't have it and she decided to just use it and take the consequences of doing it.  We asked why she didn't ask about it and she said she thought we would say no.  Love teenage logic.  Now she is working off the bill and trying to figure out something she can do every month to pay for an unlimited texting on the phone.  Her bill has to be paid first though.  And I need to call to make sure how much it would be.

The heifers are slowly calving along.  I really wish they would be done.  It is getting draining.

Kirby is making supper for him and the kids tonight.  He is doing BBQ Hamburger and whatever.  It is up to him.

Good Morning!  Boy was a glad I read the announcements   from the High
School the morning.  I would have sworn that Parent teacher conferences
were today.  they aren't.  they are tomorrow and Wednesday.  At least I
caught it this morning and not when I showed up a day early.


Not a lot else going on.  Kohl is trying my patience and getting on my
last nerve.  I know part of it is he can't get outside because it is
just too muddy.  And it he just being a pill to be a pill.  I keep
saying I am going to move to the Bahamas.  Of course I wouldn't do it
but I can think about it and smile.


CP has decided that to combat the fact that Rowdy believes that I am
his property she is living in my lap and following me around crying all
the time to get my attention.  These critters sure develop
personalities.


We got another bed for them and now the cats just fuss over the first
one we got because they both want to lay in it.  Crazy cats.  You just
can't win with them!

Supper tonight is Lamb chops for Kirby and me, chicken breast for the kids and with that Peppy pasta, raw veggies, fruit, and something for dessert.

Good Morning!  Yes, I know I fell off the face of the earth for a while.  Things were crazy and then I just fell out of the habit of posting.  So I will have a quick bullet post to try to catch everyone up.

• Pooh's Geometry teacher is making me nuts.  I respect strict and trying to get them in the mindset for college but what I don't respect is telling the kids one thing and the parents another the then getting all pissy when called on it and then picking on my child because I don't respect your authority.
• Mudroom is basically done.  I keep saying i am going to take pic but haven't gotten to it.  I am hoping to get it done today or tomorrow
• New hired man is here.  That is all I will say.
• It is thawing so it is muddy.  the gravel helps but where there is no gravel you can sure tell.
• Rowdy is turning into quite the cat.  He rides with me in the car when I have to go get Pooh or something.  He is quite the traveler and thinks he need to go all the time.
• PEP BAND IS OVER!!!!!!!
• The heifers seem to be calving right along but of course it doesn't seem fast enough. 
• It rained last night.  WTH???  The first of March and it rained.
• Can't think of much else.  I am sure I will as soon as I post.

So that is my life in a nutshell.  I type it all out and see how boring it all sounds!

Supper tonight is pizza on a Hickory plank on the grill for Kirby and me and plain old pizza for the kids

Here are my latest projects.  Pooh had one too but she did like it so I asked her what she would like.  Do you know it is ha? to find lime green yarn?!  LOL

Here is Kohl I know he looks so thrilled.  He hates hats and I thought maybe if I made him one it would help.  don't know if it will or not.

Afternoon!  I was all ready to post this morning and got side tracked.  Now I will just spare you my foul mood and disgust and leave it at.  If the mu room ever gets done to the point that is doesn't look like we quit in mid stream I will post pics.  the flooring has just not shown up 2 days in a row now.  All he has been able to do it grip because he was laid off.  Well, if he would get out here and finish he would get paid.
