April 5, 2008

  • Good Morning.  Been keeping busy this morning.  Gotup, got Kirby fed, threw some laundry in, got the dishwasher going,
went for my walk, had breakfast, played with Kohl a while, roasted 2
batches of coffee, unloaded dishwasher and started loading again, got
the cedar plank in to soak for supper and picked up in the kitchen. I
am now on a break and will get busy after I get everyone fed lunch.   I need to figure out what the kids are having and get some cookies made.  I know there is more that I will do but don't know if I will!  LOL

We were supposed to get rain and snow but I think it has missed us.  Kirby is bummed.  He is awful quiet.  The wind is starting to blow now so who knows what will happen.

I had to break down and start taking Claritin.  My eyes wee itching so bad all I was doing was scratching them.  Now I am tired.  I am always tired when I start taking it.  I know it says non drowsy but I get tired.  Don't know if I really do or if it is in my head!  LOL

The guys are starting to take the cows out.  Feeding is about done for another year.  I can't believe that is April already.  The year is going so fast!

Supper tonight is Cedar planked Halibut, asparagus, pasta, fruit, and something for dessert.

  • Mmmm, I can't WAIT till the asparagus starts comming up around here!  Shouldn't be too much longer!!  I am baking a cake tonight... should be fun!

  • Have you ever tried Zyrtec?  It is sold w/o a prescription now.  My older dd takes it and liked it better than Clariton.

  • Zyrtec is the best, at least for me.  I take it bedtime and then when I wake up I'm good to go!

  • Claritan ended up not working anymore for my hubby and daughter and they had to try a few others.  Zyrtec is supposed to be much better and is now sold at Walmart for $18/30 pills.

Hope you feel better.  Have a blessed Sunday! ;)

  • Supper sounds good.
    Good luck with Zyrtec.
